So, we just planned an add on trip for August and we are staying at SSR. We have 2 studios booked after transferring in some points from our friends...(who are incidentally travelling the same time we are) and as I'm checking over airfare, It's looking like it could save us $200 to fly in the night before.....and thats AFTER booking an airport hotel. This would be a sunday night we would fly in. Our first night stay is Monday night. We are staying M-F. Can you get the MT from the Orlando airport for Monday morning if your flight arrives Sunday night? Or will we have to arrange our own transportation to WDW?

I would call and ask. I've heard people say that they've done it, so you'd get a better answer by checking directly with ME.

That is not a problem. Just give the ME people a flight number that comes in around the time you want to catch the bus. Just grab your bags that night and go to the airport hotel. Next morning, grab your stuff and go to ME check-in.

Disney's Magical Express (DME) is a function of your WDW resort stay, not of your flight. It doesn't matter how or when you arrive at Orlando International. You can book DME for your Disney check-in day (or for after your check-in day).

You MUST make advance reservations for DME. For inbound flight information, just say "pending." That's not cheating.

Don't attach the yellow DME bag routing tags before you fly. Retrieve your own bags and take them to the DME motorcoach the next day.

Some people have reported that if you stay at the Hyatt in the airport, you can attach your yellow tags while at the hotel and have bell services there pick up your yellow-tagged bags in the morning; they'll put your bags into the DME baggage transfer process so that your bags are delivered to your Disney room.

Before relying on what I posted about the Orlando Airport Hyatt, I would recommend calling the Hyatt to confirm.
