Magical Express Question

Wife and I are arriving at Orlando international airport at 7:00 pm and want to try and make the La Nouba 9:00pm showing by taking a cab straight there.

My question is this: if our luggage is tagged with our magical express tags, will they still deliver our luggage to our hotel even if we choose not to ride the bus?
