Hi all!

When I arrive to MCO how do I get to the counter?

Where is Coronado Springs on the drop off route(first to get dropped off? last?)

I am meeting my family at the resort...My flight arrives at 11:47 am they should be there by 12 will they have to wait for me for an hour before I get there?

how far is th airport from disney mileage wise?

After getting off the airport tram, exiting security, and coming out into the open, look to one side for the big 3 foot neon B on the wall. (If you see the neon A. look the other way to find the B, or if you already walked to the A, then do an about face.) Walk under the B, then find the stairs or elevator to go two flights down (lowest level). With the windows to the outside on your left, walk down the corridor to find the Magical Express welcoming area counter.

It's your choice whether those who arrive first should wait at the welcoming area, or should go on to the resort and wait there for the rest of you. It would help if each group had a copy of the DME papers and the resort reservation papers.

It's about 25 miles from the airport to Disney. DME bus routings vary so it's hard to say whether your resort will be first.

Someone said the the average time from airplane door to resort is 80 minutes via DME, but that is if you don't stop to grab a hot dog.

The DME Welcome Center is located on level one of the 'B' side of the airport. Trams from the gates will bring you in to level three. If your airline is on the 'B' side too, you just need to find the elevators/escalators/stairs and go down to level one. If your airline comes in on the 'A' side, you will need to cross over to side 'A' on level three and then take the elevator/stairs/escaltor down to level one.

There is no set grouping of resorts or order of drop off for the DME buses, although there are some common groupings. IIRC, CSR guests frequently are on buses with guests going to AKL and/or to one or more of the All Stars. When se stayed at AKL I believe we stopped at one of the All Stars (or maybe POP) and then at CSR before we got to AKL.

If your flight is on time, you should be at the resort between 12:45 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. As a result, your family likely will have to wait about an hour if they arrive at noon.

I can tell you at very busy times, such as when I arrive the Saturday after Thanksgiving, I have not been on the same route twice in nine trips.

But I have always arrived between 70 and 90 minutes after I get off the plane. Never sweated what order; it was just great to be going there.
