Magical Express Question

So our trip was originally scheduled for 2/19-2/26 at BW flying in from NY to MCO on saturday morning. Received an e-mail from airline that our flight was cancelled and we needed to change flights either to Friday or Saturday evening. Airline is willing to comp us a night at Hyatt in Orlando airport.

My question is can we use magical express on Saturday morning if our flight arrives friday evening? And will they retrieve luggage for us Saturday morning and bring to BW???

Yes, you can use DME to get to BW, even if you arrive the night before. I have heard that the Hyatt will get your bags and get then to DME luggage people for resort delivery...but I'm not 100% on that one.
If it were me, I would just take my bags to the bus with me. At least that way you would gave them with you. Bell Services can store them for you if your room isn't ready when you get there.
Perhaps someone here has stayed at the Hyatt and dealt with the baggage issue and can report??

I haven't stayed at the Hyatt, but I've read enough here to know that... the OP will need to claim her own luggage Friday night and bring it to the Hyatt. Saturday morning, put the yellow tags on it and call Bell Services. They will transport it to the DME sorting center.

I'd do it this way.
