Magical Express Question

Hello....
Do i have to go through member services to register with magical express? Or, can i go through the regular disney number?

go to www.dvcmember.com

sign in

then vacation planning

then Disney magical express

then at the bottom - 'disney's magical express service registration form'

you need alot of information so be sure you have it or can get it quickly.

sometimes the site lets you see it - other time it requires you to sign in and start over

Filling out the form on-line sends a request to MS who will review your request and send you a confirming email. It takes a few days to get the confirmation.

The first time, I called MS. The last trip and our upcoming trip I did it at dvcmember.com. It's just as easy to do it online!

I would reserve ME on-line. It is so quick and easy! You just need your confirmation number and flight information. You get an e-mail almost immediately telling you that the request has been received. Then you get another e-mail in a few days confirming. We probably had our package with the luggage tags about a week later.

I used the DVC member's online form last night for my DME reservations. I put in two separate DME reservations for a single room reservation as my guests want their luggage tags and vouchers delivered to their home. I hope that DVC doesn't cancel my DME request, made first, in favor of my guest's DME request. I'll call in a few days to make sure it's okay.

It usually worked for me, and I'm hoping it works for you! Once, I got everyone's information and I had to pass things along.

No later than 20 days before your trip. They need time to mail you the tags. At 30 days the MS DME info is made available to DME.

The least I've done it is a month ahead...usually I'm just anxious to do it so I get the information from my guests about 2 months out.
