Magical Express question

We bought a week at Saratoga Springs from a DVC member. My brother in law is joining us there a few days after we arrive. Does anyone know if the member has to arrange for Magical Express to pick him up or can we arrange it after we check in since the ressie will be in our name by then????

not to sure about DVC, as a member. But anyone staying in the room is to be on the ressies. Is his name on the ressies also? If so, then he should be able to get the ME. If not, then I have not a clue....I was told by a CM. each party staying in the room NEEDS to be on the ressies to get to use ME.

pretty sure with DVC - the member still has to do it.

It is not a big problem - promise - there is even a form on the member site to do it with.

We are renting DVC points and had a change with one of our travelers (has to fly in the next morning so he won't miss his brother's graduation). Since I had already received my Magical Express vouchers, I just called the ME customer service and dealt with them directly. They didn't even ask about the specifics of my reservation. I don't have the toll free number around me, but it's on these boards somewhere.

The man was so nice. He scheduled another voucher for me to take the shuttle the next morning to meet the other child at the airport, where we will take the ME back to the resort.
