Magical Express Question

I just called to make our ME reservations. I had all the flight info but the agent did not ask for it. I even questioned her to make sure she did not need my flight # and time. The only info she took was my res # and name and confirmed my arrival and departure date and the airline name. Is this correct? :confused3 I know in the past the ME documents list the flight # and time.
 
MAybe since it's getting into a not-so-busy season, they don't anticipate the need for extra busses for particularly crowded times. You aren't really geting a reservation for a particular bus based on your arrival time, just a seat on the next bus that happens to be leaving when you check-in at DME.
 
Thank you for the response. I am just concerned about the luggage tags. I am sure I will get to the resort but I want to make sure my luggage makes it.
 
When I called to give my flight info, the reservation person I spoke to said the flight info does not matter as long as the bags have the yellow tags (which we got in the mail). She said that the buses run 24 hours a day.
 

We just made our reservations with ME also. We were told because we were arriving so late at night to not use the luggage tags. I'm assuming because they know our arrival date, they will know we are needing their service. I will call again before we leave to confirm everything, but it did seem odd that they didn't need to know what time we were arriving/leaving.
