i just got my luggage tags today last week the airline changed my flight home, do i have tell disney about this or can i wait till i get there? and tell them about my later time to leave.

You can tell ME when you check in to their counter at MCO.
I would also double-check your flights the day before you leave, just in case they've changed again, especially if you're flying an airline that regularly changes flights.
Then I'd probably re-confirm with ME that they have the correct info.

I agree with grammy ... no need to call DME with your new end-of-vacation flight info, just tell it to them when you check in at the DME Welcome Center after you first arrive in Orlando.
