Just received my hotel voucher (POFQ) and Flight tickets (Air Transat) from Travel Agency. However, no DME voucher and yellow luggage tags are given.

Instead, the following purple sheet is enclosed. Just wonder if anyone has similar experience - should we book DME via web site? We are leaving on Mar 16. We hope to take luggages with us, and put them underneath the ME bus.

"Your Travel Professional may have experienced a delay in receiving your Disney's Magical Express Airport Transportation Booklet which includes transportation vouchers and luggage tags.

If you do not receive your Disney's Magical Express documents prior to your departure, this is what you will need to do upon arrival at Orlando International Airport:
- Please proceed from your gate via the tram shuttle to the main airport terminal building
- Once you exit the tram, please proceed directly to the Disney Welcome Center located on the A side of the airport on Level 1
- There will be Disney representative located in the baggage claim areas if you need assistance with directions to the Disney Welcome Center
- At the Disney Welcome Center, please present your airline baggage claim checks to the Disney representative to confirm the number of bags checked with the airline. The Disney representative will issue your transportation voucher for transportation."

Question 1: Since my travel agency called and confirmed that Nolitours will not be mailing out the ME vouchers, and request customers to follow the above instructions. Just wondering if I should reserve my seats on DME in advance.

Question 2: Is it possible to get transportation voucher from the CM, without passing baggage claim checks to them? We would like to get our baggages and take them to the ME bus with us, and get them upon arrival at Disney Resort, since we don't want a late-night visit from Bell service.

THANKS!

1. If you did not receive yellow tags and vouchers, bring the purple sheet as well as your room ressie papers with you. The procedure will work exactly as described if you choose to follow it. You cah head directly to the ME welcoming area without going to baggage claim first.

Normally if a travel agent makes the resort reservations, the ME tags will be sent only to them for forwarding to you.

ME is never sold out so you don't have to (and you cannot) reserve specific seats or buses. Also because it is not a specific reserved bus going to Disney, you don't have to hustle from the plane.

2. Yes you may fetch your baggage yourself if you want to. Don't use the yellow luggage tags if you got them. If your baggage claim was on the "B" side there is no cut through. You have to go back up to the upper level and cross over and then down the "A" side.

Thank you for your reply. I was just confused, since I read from Disney Web Site that you must made a DME reservation for at least 10 days in advance, so just curious if I can really go straight to the ME bus upon arrival.
