Hello Everyone!

This is only our 2nd time using magical express, the first time was back in 2004 for our Honeymoon and it was such a whirlwind I CAN NOT remember how it work. I'm hoping someone here might be able to help me out with a few concerns...

We plan to arrive at MCO via Spirit Airline at 8pm on 5/22. Will ME collect our luggage or do we have to get it from baggage claim ourselves?

My major concern is actually about the return... Our return flight, also on Spirit airline (which is not a participating airline) is at 2pm. So we would probably want to be at the airport by 11:30am. I was thinking about maybe booking a breakfast that day, either at Chef Mickey's or 1900 Park maybe around 8:00am... If we booked a breakfast what do we do with our luggage??? Do we check out of our resort (undecided on resort at this time) and leave the luggage for pick up by ME... or do we have to take our luggage with us to the resort with the breakfast and can we then get on ME to the airport from there?? Or do we have to board ME from the resort of stay?

Just trying trying to get everything planned before I have to start making my ADRs!

Thanks!

Ok, you'll be fine for your arrival. DME will pick up any tagged bag at the plane. It doesn't matter what airline you arrive on...everyone gets to tag their bags and have DME deliver them. As long as you arrive between 5am and 10pm.
Then, for your departure. You will leave from the resort you are staying at. You can leave your bags with Bell Services and they will store the bags until you return for the bus.
With a 2pm flight, you will most likely be given a pickup time, for DME, of about 11am..give or take 15 mins either way. So, you need to be back at your resort no less than an hour before that time...you have to get your bags out of storage, use the bathroom, etc. Then, be out at the DME bus stop no less than 15 mins prior to your stated pickup time.

You must leave from the resort you are staying at...you can't just hop on any DME at any resort. Hope this helps.

For an 8pm arrival I would probably get my own bags and bring them to the ME bus, I dont want bell services knocking on the door at 10pm with my stuff. If it was an earlier flight no problem.
