We booked our Disney World holiday directly through the website. When we booked it all, we included that we would like to take advantage of the Disney Magical Express. We didn't supply any flight details at the time, as they had not yet been booked.

We now have the flights booked, and I can't seem to find a place on the website to allow me to put this information in.

Is it required for us to do this? Or can we just turn up at the Magical Express desk on the day and be able to hop on the next available bus?

I was wondering the same thing as I did provide info when booking my reservation, but changed my flights. When I went to update my DME reservation, Disney had changed their webpage. After playing around with different urls I found it! Try this:

disneyworld.disney.go.com/airport-transportation-reservation

Or you can just call ME directly and add your flight information, super easy & generally quick as well. I've had to call them 3 times already due to changing plans and have had no problem. All you need is your reservation # and your flight number. :thumbsup2

No, you can't just show up! You must make advance reservations. Do that as soon as possible so that you don't forget to do it!!

Thanks for all your help. I'll give them a call tomorrow - I figure that will be the best way to do it.

The above link is also a great way.

Kevenswife, thanks for finding it! My link was outdated (alternatively, Stitch did, actually, eat the page, as the error message states) and I hadn't had the mental time to go looking again. Using their links is the way I love to make DME arrangements!

Lol, Stitch ate my page too!

I prefer to do things online as I never seem to have time to phone...or the desire to sit on hold and listen to advertising or bad Disney music.

Glad I could help.

Every time I have booked DME online, I receive my vouchers and DME tags about 2 weeks later. I booked DME back in May for our November trip, and got my mail less than 10 days later. Normally, when booking by phone, DME isn't mailed until about 30 days prior to your trip.

I have used DME many times. I have always booked it on-line. I used to get my packet about 4 weeks prior to travel. Lately, I've been getting it around the 6 week mark. I head to WDW on Nov 6, made my plans a long time ago.....haven't received the packet yet. Should be here any day now.
