Magical Express - only book through MS?

Since we are DVC Members staying on points, is the only way to book ME is to go through MS? If so...MAJOR drag! I am always on hold for at least 15 minutes when I call and their phone today says they are closed for the 'New Year holiday and will return on January 2.' Ugh.

Why don't you do it online at the member website? May be a better option for you

What time of day do you normally call? With lots of members booking stays for December, I would avoid calling them in the morning. I usually don't have any problem getting right through in the afternoon.

Or better yet, try Kristine's suggestion and book it online.

I tried to look where to do it online, I just couldn't find it...maybe I just need to look harder Thanks for the suggestion!
