Magical Express Luggage Tags

I received my magical express letter today without luggage tags. Is this something new that they send at a later date or do I need to call? Thanks!

Hmmm, sounds like someone goofed. Not to worry, when you check-in at Magical Express at Orlando Airport, you can give them your claim numbers for your checked luggage, and they will collect it and deliver it. But I would call to let them know you didn't get them just in case they got misplaced in someone else's envelope.

You can call and they can still send them assuming you have at least a couple of weeks until your departure. They might even be able to get them to you if your a 7-10 days out.

Just in my experience, even with over two weeks before check-in, they would not send replacement tags to me...they had me give the claim numbers to the Magical Express check-in CMs at the airport.

They've resent to me with less than 2 weeks. I think at that time they might have mentioned 1 week as the cut off for trying to resend.

After the trip my husband showed up with some mail he had accidently set aside from more than a month previous - guess what was in it?

I just chatted online with member services. I have two member numbers and only the information for the return trip had been added. She fixed it and my tags should be on their way. Thanks for the help!!
