Yes, but if your flight lands even 5 minutes late you will need to collect your own luggage and bring it with you on the DME bus.

Yes and remember on the return flight ME will pick you up about 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. I had a 9:15am return flight and ME picked us up at the bus stop at 6:30am. I wanted to make sure I didn't miss the bus so we got to the bus stop 15 mins early. So for your 8am return expect a ME bus around 5am.
