Magical Express extra Luggage tags ??

Upcoming trip scheduled late November. About a week ago I called MS to request ME service and also for 2 additional luggage tags (as I know I will be checking 4 suitcases with Southwest).
Anyhow yesterday in my mail I received an envelope with the 2 extra tags already. I was very surprised they were sent out so early (without voucher etc for ME which I know typically comes just a few weeks prior to departure)
Is this typical when requesting extra tags? Dates and resort are correct.
Thanks for any help! (don't want to get caught without our vouchers & other 2 tags)

Extra tags and main tags are processed separately. If you have a question after getting your DME reservation, you can call DME directly at 866 599-0951.

Every time I asked for extra tags , I always received them before the 'main' one that comes with the vouchers.

Thanks so much for your quick replies. I had to request additional tags after the fact last year so wanted to do so ahead of time this year. Just puzzled me that the extras arrived early!

you can also just cut a DME tag in half, and attach each to a suitcase. we were instructed to do so years ago (we travel SWA, and usually have 3 bags for 2 ppl), and have done so since without any problems
