Magical Express Email Address

Does anyone know of a Magical Express email address? Received less than magical service, or should I say no service on our return trip to the airport. Called and confirmed everything the day before and no bus showed and we were there 45 minutes ahead of time. Told by Magical Express their driver arrived but we were missing??? Checked with every bus that arrived and bell services confirmed no 10:50 bus arrived. Resort called a passenger van and comped us to the airport but I have been doing a slow steam about basically being called a liar by Magical Express. We were at the pickup point by 10:05 for a 10:50 pickup. No driver signed in with bell services yet I was told we were not there. Disney took care of the problem but I really think the driver or the phone rep should be called on the carpet. Any contact would be greatly appreciatled.
 
I would just use the normal WDW guest comment email address, sorry I don't have it handy.

I would not blame the phone rep, they were just relaying what the driver said/made up, etc.

There was either some sort of mix up on where to be picked up, not likely, or the driver just made up the story of you not being there.
