Magical Express: Dep. time for international flight?

We will use Magical Express to get to the airport (MCO) on our last day at the resort. It's an international flight, leaving at 1.30 PM.

I'm aware that I won't be able to check-in at the resort, so we will need additional time at the airport for this. Dreams Unlimited told us that we should expect to leave the resort at about 8 AM. Is that really possible? 5 1/2 hours before the flight seems a bit early.

Anyone has experience with Magical Express for international flights? How long before the flight did you leave your resort?

I thought I just read on my ME that it was 4 hours on an international flight...I am off to find my paperwork...just checked, it is 4 hours.

Great, thanks! That gives me some additional time returning the rental car and have leisurly breakfast.

When you ask for an earlier bus time for your plane and get it on your ressie, CM's may not "bump" you to a later bus with the reason "the other folks are past their three hours in advance". You should also have 4 hours for charter flights.

OT: If you expect to go somewhere else on your last day such as to another resort for breakfast, you should aim to be back at your own resort an hour before ME bus time, international flight or not. Be prepared to grab a cab if need be.

You may have to wait awhile to get your luggage back from the bellhop. At some resorts it is posted that you may need as much as 45 minutes.
