Magical Express deadline

My DS and I are leaving on Nov 30th and staying at GF. My DS was just approved for vacation on Dec 2 and will be joining us down there. We will be adding her to the reservation tomorrow once she secures her plane reservation tonight. Is it too late for her to be included for the magical express or will they ship her documents in time?

Should be plenty of time. And even without docs, as long as you call DME & add her, she'll be in the system. Not a problem

As long as she has a reservation at Disney I imagine she can even just walk right up to the DME counter and they will help her out. Just be sure there's some kind of confirmation that has her name as being on the reservation.

DME is not supposed to accept walk-ups. That stipulation is/was in their contract with MCO. However, nothing is etched in stone.
You can actually book DME 24 hrs prior to travel! No, you won't get your packet, but you will be in the system and be a le to use the service.

You should have plenty of time to get materials for your dd. if you have already received your original packet, I have no idea how it would work tho. But she will be able to ride the bus.
