Magical Express Booklet came earlier then normal

Ok, so we go to Disney every year so I pretty much know what to expect throughout the Disney process. Our final payment (45 day mark) was yesterday 9/6. I ended up making my final payment on Sunday 9/4, two days before it was due. Great, right? I figured, like always I would receive Disney’s magical express booklet in a couple of weeks like normal (around the 30 day mark). Well to my surprise I received it yesterday which was when the final payment was due. With the long weekend and no mail being delivered on Monday there was no way they sent it out on Sunday (the day I made my final payment). I looked at the date that they sent it and the post mark said 9/2 which was last Friday, two days before I made my final payment. How did this happen? I’m not complaining that’s for sure but I thought they would want to make sure they received my money before they sent this out. Also, there are two other parties going down with us on their own separate reservations who paid it off well before I did and they did not receive theirs… It doesn’t really matter, but it had me wondering for sure. Any thoughts? How does it actually work?

My vacation is 42 days out and I haven't recived my ME tage yet.

I love it when they come, it just means that WDW is that much closer.

But to your question, No I don't know jow they figure out when to send the tags or not.

DME packet has nothing to do with your payments. It is done directly through DME. They get all the info directly from Disney, and they send it out to be printed up and sent out.
I suppose that you just got lucky and yours arrived earlier than normal. It's more likely to get them 4-5 weeks prior to travel. It's when a guest gets to within two weeks of travel and hasn't seen anything that it warrents a call to DME.
