Magical Express before DCL

We are staying at WDW pre cruise. The day before the cruise we plan on going to MCO and staying at the Hyatt to meet up with the rest of our group. We want to take the magical express back to MCO but we will not have any flight info since we are not flying back that day. Can we do this?
