Magical Express and Travelocity room..

I just reserved a room on Travelocity ( a first for me ). My reservation comes with Mag. express. How do I set up the ME transportation ? Do I call ME directly ? Travelocity (whom I tried but their phones were all screwed up today and I gave up) ? I asked a CM at CRO who had no idea.

It shouldn't matter how you booked your room. You should call DME and arrange it.
