Magical express and magic bands

We are going on a large family trip to Disney world in 10 days. My parents own DVC so my family and my brother's family are under my mother's room, and we are all staying in a treehouse! me and my parents live in NY, where my brother lives in TX. We are flying to Tampa, and my brother is flying to Orlando where he is set up to use the magical express... but can he get on the bus without his magic band or his park tickets? The magic bands are being sent to our parents house, and because my mother has a discount with the military we also bought everyone's park ticket. so all of his tickets are in ny?

Do we just have to call them and let them know? or should we rush mail his park tickets to his address tomorrow?

Park tickets have NOTHING to do with DME.

Just have your brother stop at the DME counter (right where you check in for DME) and they'll confirm he's on a reservation and then print him a voucher to scan at the DME checkpoint.

ETA: I should say that we've done this before, prior to MBs. A friend we were traveling with made the resort reservation so received the packet and DME vouchers, and failed to send ours to us before the trip. We just stopped by the desk and gave them our resort confirmation number and they printed us new vouchers on the spot. It was very simple.

Well, he does sort of have to 'prove' he can ride the bus. His name has to be listed on the resort reservation, and he has to have an existing DME reservation. But, that all seems to be in place. He will need some for of ID though..so he should have his license with him when he gets to DME.
