We'll be arriving at MCO at 11:30 pm so I expect we'll get to OKW well after midnight. Using Magical Express, will we get our luggage yet that night or will they leave it with Bell Services and wait until the AM to deliver it? I know it takes awhile generally for delivery (although maybe they are less busy that time of night?) so would they just let themselves in our Villa to drop our luggage off? I always pack enough in my carry-on "just in case" but wonder what your experience has been? Would rather not go through the hassle of calling in the AM to get it but would feel weird knowing someone is coming in while I am possibly asleep. I guess Mousekeeping catches us sleeping in sometimes so maybe it is not a big deal...Thanks for the advice! :) One more thing-we are in a confirmed HA 2 bedroom villa and wondering, since we will probably be checking in about as late as you can get, what are the odds that we will be in about the lease desirable location OKW has to offer. I realize "desirable location" is in the eye of the beholder, but I am travelling with both elderly parents and 2 young children who are going to want to be at the main pool as much as possible. I'm sure my "close to Hospitality House" request is just a pipe dream. Hey, I'm at Disney-It's all good, right?:thumbsup2

Hi there,
Bell Services will deliver your luggage while you are asleep... although I assume you can request them not to do this, and collect it yourselves next morning.
We had ours delivered after we went to bed, and they opened the door quietly and popped it just inside. They probably hardly set foot in the room! It's not anything to worry about.

As far as rooms go... They are allocated before check in, rather than on a first come first served basis... so it shouldn't matter what time you arrive during that particular day you arrive.

Hope this helps.. Have a wonderful trip!

Thanks brightspark! I thought that would be the way ME works late at night but wasn't sure. One small thing-doesn't "Room Ready" mean that rooms are not pre-assigned-you just get what is ready and open at the time? That's what I meant by getting a location that is less than ideal for my situation-we'll probably be one of the last check-ins of the night at full occupancy?? Maybe I am misunderstanding Room Ready though-could someone clear that up for me? Thanks! (Once again I have to say that I am at Disney so I am not going to complain about my room location-I'll leave that for those people-I just have some special circumstances that would make a certain location more ideal. :)

Hi there, I'm not sure mommym! Sorry:sad2: I think it's all really confusing, and I'm happy to admit that I could be wrong! I hope someone will come on here and sort us out!;)

Mommym,
We always take a flight that arrives at 11:40 pm and have always been told we have to collect our own luggage from baggage claim that late at night. We were directed to do this as early as August.

I will be arriving at 10:45 pm after a long day at work , an hour and a half drive to the airport and a layover in Atlanta. I am planning to pack light and just bring carry-on. I have always arrived at MCO by 10am, so this late night thing is new to me. I am surprising my god daughter for her 18th birthday. I am hoping that I can be to the resort by midnight. I am only there for a long weekend! Very excited!!!!!!

I would have them do it in the morning. I always put the safty lock catch on the door so no one gets in at night. I would never let someone come in while I'm sleeping, you just never know.
