this is my first time renting points and staying DVC, when should I be receiving my ME package ? we are 24 days aways and we have not received anything, should I be concerned??
I know that my renter has informed them of our flight info, she had e-mailed me the letter from DVC stating that they would indeed send the package directly to me.

There have been intances of DME materials not getting to travelers prior to their trip, it isn't just you and as long as you have a reservation to use DME you can even without the documents from DME. I would just contact the person you are renting the points from and double check the reservation for DME.
 
You don't *need* the tags if they don't arrive in time. You can either claim your own bags and bring them to the bus, or give your luggage claim tickets to the CM at the DME counter.

This is from the DME sticky on the Transportation Board:
"I haven't gotten my tags yet!
Never fear. You have two options. You can claim your bags like normal, or you can have Disney claim them for you as if you did have those yellow tags. Bypass baggage claim, and go straight to the Welcome Center. From there, give the Cast Member your luggage claim tickets. They will create replacement tags for you, find your bags, tag them, and send them to your resort."

You can call ME at (866) 599-0951 to verify when your packet was mailed and what info that they have on file for your family.

we are about 40 days out and I received my packet today so I would call
