Magical EBTA 2016

Bellecruiser it is a website that shows % availability for cruises, and also price changes. http://www.cruisefish.net
So last week it went from showing 75% availability to 0 to 44%. It's also now showing the first price increase for our cruise. I still find it curious that 30% of the cruise filled within days after no change for months.
What I do is book a random cruise with a 3 day hold then when I go to modify it takes me to the old sight. I can then price out cruises and look at availabilty. I have found more categories and rooms available with the old site.

Hi, new to this forum. We are Doug and son Travis. I am a DVC member and we are both annual pass holders. Just moved down to Fla from Ind. Retired in Dec of '15 30+ years at Ford Motor Co. 3rd Disney cruise, 1st TA, but our best so far has been a DCL cruise to Ak.! AWESOME! Going to London for a few days post-cruise, then fly back home. Look forward to meeting everyone.

Hi Doug,

Welcome to you and Travis! We are DVC members also, and will be spending a few days in London after the cruise. I look forward to planning and sailing with you!

Hello, we've just booked ebta for our honeymoon after our Disney wedding! I'm surprised how unpopular this route is to the wbta, granted the ports aren't great.

We've cruised just 4 nights on the dream last year.

I'm a little nervous about the cruise as we will have our 14 month old DD with us!

We loved the relaxing sea day on the dream so looking forward to 5 of these after the hectic wedding.. A great bonus that the ship docks close to where we live ( just an hour or so drive)

I have a feeling there won't be many young children on this cruise... Will the nursery still be open?

Anyone ever taken a young toddler on a ta? Does it get pretty rough at sea?

Thx :) xxxx

Typically the eastbound TA is less popular. Couple of reasons - many people prefer to have their long airflight at the beginning of the trip, and since a large number of DCL cruisers are US/Canada, that means ending in the US. Also, you lose 5 hours (1 hour a night every sea day) on an eastbound cruise, while the westbound one gains those 5 hours.

Yes, the nursery will be open.

It can be rough at sea. Or not. It varies. Our TA we had an ocean like glass (unusual for that time of year)

WONERFUL! Welcome Aboard! I can't wait to meet you! Are you still thinking about the Norway cruise? We could do the BTB together!

Happy 2016 fellow Cruise Peeps! Hope everyone has a wonderful Year! Our cruise will be here shortly!!!

We just booked our second TA. We did an EBTA in 2014. It will be myself, DS16 and DD12. So excited and ready to get busy planning.

Hi everyone! I'm looking forward to joining everyone on this cruise; I know I see some familiar names in this thread. :)

I noticed that the Port Adventures have started appearing on the website one by one. If you select Transatlantic Port Adventures and don't filter anything, there were 218 results appearing. 2 Dublin excursions (use your browser to find on this page "(DB" ) are currently listed and there is a 3rd unidentified placeholder at the top that is most likely Dublin as it also appears on the European port adventures page (currently at 530 results). 2 Boston Excursions are also listed "(BO" as well.
