Okay here is the plan! Hire a lawyer to launch a class action lawsuit!!!

Here is the deal! I am going to start an online petition for every item Disney has retired. Each of us and any others who need to part take will sign. Once we have enough people I will send into the powers that be at Disney. Do you think this will cause enough havoc to have them bring those items back? Huhm, not sure but we can sure try! LOL

I have never seen the McFries being served at the DHS or EPCOT, but I do know that AK had them removed from the Petrifies stand. This is a sad, sad thing. For those of you who love those fries I feel your pain. All I want is my CUPCAKES!!!!!

You have brought up a wonderful memory for me...several years ago BEFORE I turned into a real planner, we went to Epcot and planned to have breakfast there- but alas, no breakfast food for DS at The Land (this was way before the remodel of the food area) so he proudly ate a huge frosted vanilla cupcake. I got the best photo of it and DS.

The removal of cupcakes and the french toast loaf at the Main Street Bakery reminds me a bit of the removal of "real" donuts from the Boardwalk Bakery a few years back. They used to have wonderful freshly made donuts with wonderful icing ... and then replaced them with outsourced delivery from Krispy Kreme.

What's the point of having a bakery if you're not willing to serve baked goods?

I do recommend the cinnamon rolls at the Main Street Bakery ... they're excellent and large enough to share. Try them quickly before Disney replaces them with Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls ... available in the refrigerated section of your local grocery store.

First i find out on another thread they took away the Frozen Coke Machine from Pop, now i find out theres no Cupcakes or Fries What is Disney coming to

They still sell cupcakes at other places in the World including Goofy's Candy Co. at DTD. If you are truly unhappy about this change, email or write to guest communications and complain.

HUH!!! Am I running as soon as I get thru the pearly turnstile gates of the MK?! Ok, so I am calling out the troops, get ready for me in June to run in the Confectioners to search out my beloved cupcakes! Okay, I've decided this isn't an obsession I'm actually in stalker mode for these. Help! I've got to go to Cupcakes Annonomys (sorry spell).

We call it "good morning cookies' and have been doing it for 15 years now - every time we enter MK. It started with the chocolate chip cookies but over the years tastes have changed (except for DS who insists on the cookies). I ALWAYS get the cupcake - please say it's just a freak occurence and that they'll be back at the bakery on Main St. WHERE THEY BELONG!!!!!

I too felt this way when they got rid of the citrus swirl years ago, only to have it replaced with dole whip. But, if you are looking for a good sugar rush from the bakery in the AM, I say go for the gooey, rocky road type brownies that they serve there. Maybe not as good as your ritual cupcakes, but soooo delish! I had one for "breakfast" the last time I was there in the fall! LOL

I think alot of people eat anything they want, when they are on vacation!! I see nothing wrong with it. Also, who am I to judge, or wonder what people eat. To each his or her own.

This is so much worse than a cup cake but our tradition was to have a footlong deep fried hot dog at Epcot. We couldnt find them last time. Used to be near test track. Anyone seen them lately?

Corn dogs, in Epcot?? I never knew they sold those in WDW. I only knew of the corn dog nuggets. I know Disneyland, sells the corn dogs. As, I had one in 2007.

Yes, that IS what my family/friends eats for breakfast. I know, I know it isn't the breakfast of champions, but hey, we all let ourselves go when we are on vacation.

McDonalds and Disney had a parting of the way months ago. Here at Disneyland the removed they McD's fries wagon by Big Thunder months ago as well as closing Burger Invasion (McD's) at DCA.

Quick question re: McD's and WDW-What do they now serve at the Refreshment Port located near Canada in WS? According to allearsnet.com (3/09) everything there is still Mc.... Can anyone verify this? TIA

I'm not judging, it was just a question. I honestly would never think to let my kids or myself eat cupcakes for breakfast so I honestly thought it was a joke. Especially in this day and age of health issues and obesity but I am a natural health fanatic so I guess not the norm!

Is there any difference between a cupcake and those grotesque frosted donuts that so many people seem to enjoy? Personally, i wouldn't eat either for breakfast. But if I'm on vacation and my kids wanted them for breakfast, I say go right ahead!
