Magical Beginnings EMH

I see that August now has some early morning extra magic hours for the Magical Beginnings offer that is currently out. What does this mean for those of us who are NOT using the Magical Begin package? Can we go to early entry on those days or is it strictly for the little ones? Or does it mean that only the small children rides are open? Thanks!

Hi!
I read that only Fantasyland will be open 1 hour before the regular park opening time. It is supposed to be on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday from August 13 to Sept. 30. It is opened to any Disney Resort Guest. If anyone knows any different, please let me know. There is no special package deal. They are just calling it Magical Beginnings.

I was wondering about the answer to this question also. I was thinking that it would be open to all resort guests also.
