We used it for our trip in October. We had i officially 9 snacks, 9 counters, and 9 TS meals total for 3 people. (It's based on how many nights you stay on WDW property). We used our TS meals for CRT (lunch), PSB (breakfast), and Mama Melrose/Fantasmic Dinner Pkg., 1 for each day for 3 of us. The counters were used for lunch or dinner, depending on what TS was scheduled that day. We used up our snacks quickly by buying waters/drinks by the 2nd day. My advice to you is, based on your DK's ages, you can share a lot of your counter service meals. We only used 2 of ours each at Cosmic Rays, and EPCOT England, and the Hot Dog place on the corner of Main Street in MK : DH got 1 for his own and DD (8) and myself split. Plenty of food - drink, main dish (2 slices of pizza, 3 large pieces of fish, or 1 foot long hot dog), side dish (salad, fries) and a desert (brownie, cookies, or cracker jacks). I would just purchase a separate drink for myself. The other 3 counter meal tickets we used at Pecos Bills, one for each of us. Another tip is to know what is expected. At each of the counter service places, the CM never offered the desserts, and were ready to let me walk away. I had to ask "What dessert choice do I get" ? As for the snacks, you can get a bottle of water, a soft drink, a small carton of popcorn, certain ice cream novelties, etc. We used all 9 of our snacks on water and soft drinks. I am sure WDW is making $$$ on it or they wouldn't offer the plan, but from my budget standpoint, it was definitely worth it. Because we had TS at CRT, PSB, and MM, the receipts just alone for them were approx. $75.00 each. The counter meals equalled $15 -20 per stop. Next time I will definitely use the DP but bring bottle water on my own. Bringing breakfast and snack items along will definitely stretch your DP budget to your favor also.
