We are thinking about doing the unlimited dinning has anyone used this?? and another ?? it says tip is included,how much do they leave for a tip?

the tiping rate was 15% as of 2 months ago, I believe that it has been increased parkwide to 18%. If you're doing the Premium plan, congratulations, it's a Heck of a value. Make sure you get into the tours.

We had what was called "Deluxe Magic" package for our honeymoon in 2000, which is similar to the MYW Premium package offered now. It included TS Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner every day, and each meal included app., salad, entree, dessert, and n/a beverage. BOY, WERE WE STUFFED!!!! BY day 2 or 3, I was asking my husband to share things with me, but he insisted we get everything since we had already paid for the package. It was great to try foods and places I would normally not chose, but felt free to do so as I was never hungry. I loved having everything paid for before we ever got to Disney. (we spent less than $100 cash the whole week) Alcohol is not included, but we were too full to care! It was awesome!

That being said, I am chosing jsut MYW dining for this years trip, because we have two boys now, and not only would they not eat that much food, I'm sure they won't want to spend that much time away from the parks!

Premium package also includes recreation, and we loved renting the boats!

When we go to Orlando this fall, we are going to be onsite 2 nights and the other 7 days offsite. We were going to do the dining package for the two days; however, do we have to use all the options before checking out? If not when would it expire?

Cause if we do use all before checking out it probably won't be worth it.

Credits expire midnight on the day you check out I believe.

The premium package is awesome. I think we've only gone without it (under another name of course) since I can remember. We're doing it again for our honeymoon. I would highly recommend eating only at table service restaurants, especially the higher end ones like California Grill and Yachtsman Steakhouse. Also, if you like watersports, parasailing and jet ski rentals from the Contemporary are very nice. Last time we went parasailing once and took out jet skis twice - so much fun!
