Magic Stroller- Rain Cover

I am reading in the Magic Stroller FAQ:

"Rain covers are available on a complimentary basis upon request, subject to availability. You can request a rain cover in the special notes section when you make your reservation"

Has anybody NOT received one before when booking? Thinking of booking them but I don't want to be without a rain cover when we go in Sept when it historically rains everyday on average

I have rented from them 3 times and always received the rain cover when I requested it. Loved their strollers and the service!

I guess that's reassuring. One of the main reasons I decided to go with renting a stroller (besides convenience) is the fact that we don't have a rain cover for my personal stroller and its bulky to carry around. I had a hard time selling my husband the fact that we were renting but he finally saw the light.

We found the city mini (we had the double) very easy to fold up and haul on a bus.
