Did I read somewhere that Magic Morning was also going to be offered at DCA after carsland opens or am I just dreaming??? I have read sooo many blogs lately I can't find it or I'm just dreaming it! :) Not wanting to spead any rumors.

Yes, you probably did read that. It's official not a rumor BUT so far the magic mornings are only going to be offered to onsite guests (M, W, F) and annual passholders (Sa, Su, Tu, Th). The annual passholder offer is a one-time use only between June 18 and Sept. 13. Holders of parkhopper passes of 3 days or more who are not staying onsite will still only be eligible for one magic morning entry to Disneyland.

Do we know yet if DCA will still have an official opening time of 10AM every day, or will it open earlier because of higher attendance expectations?

Great...so I wasn't going crazy! So our 1 magic morning because we are staying at a good neighbor hotel can still only be used at Disneyland? As of right now I guess.

Correct. If you have a PH, your MM will have to be at DL.

GiriMama--Do you know if this benefit is during the summer only, or if it is year-round? I spoke to reservations yesterday, and he said it was year-round, but I don't know if he was just trying to get me to make my reservations for October before the hotel promotion was being offered.

OK, so please help me strategize. We will be staying at a good neighbor hotel with a 3-day PH and 1 MM for DL. Our three park days are Sunday, July 1- Tuesday, July 3. :scared1: So I was thinking we would use our MM for Sunday morning, then be there for official opening at DCA on Monday. Since there will always be somebody who is not me with early access to DCA, does it matter which day I do what? Am I doomed to wait in long lines for the Carsland attractions and TSMM?

I am very used to WDW and always stay onsite there, but it sounded less essential for DLR. Now I am worried, but we really can't swing the extra $ for the resort hotels this trip. It was just kind of a last minute bonus vacation. It will probably be easier to answer this question after the 18th, but that doesn't give me much leeway to plan. Any advice is appreciated.
