Magic Morning v Toontown Madness?

I'm wondering what is the difference between Mickey's Toontown Madness and Magic Morning hours? Are they on the same days/times? I've consulted the Disneyparks calendar online and see Magic Morning hours on M and T of our Oct. 17-20 visit. We are planning to get tickets for the Halloween party on Tuesday night, so didn't want to use our Park Hoppers that day, but just get in a 3pm for the party so if they are the same times/days, we would only be able to choose using that time for either the Toontown show or getting early to Fantasyland to max those attractions.

We are looking at booking through Costco/Disney travel to get the added Toontown Madness bonus, but could also just purchase things directly saving a bit of $, but not getting the Toontown Madness show.

Any experts that can clarify these two "events"?

Thanks so!

MM is on Tues, Thurs, Sat and Sun.
MTTMM is on M, W, F and Sat.

MM is an extra hour on those days and they open attractions in Tomorrowland and Fantasyland. It is limited to hotel guests and guests with a park hopper(they only get one MM per visit)

MTTMM is at the normal opening time for the park for an hour. This is limited to only hotel guests for one time per visit.

I have not done either but we are doing them in May on our vist. We are also maybe booking thru costco (one hotel im looking at is not thru them). mm gets you in to Fantasyland and Tomorrowland an hour before the park opens. ttmm gets you in to toontown an hour before it opens. Toontown opens an hour after the park opens so ttmm is going to be at the same time as the park opens. We will be there on a day they over lap (saturday) so we will do mm then head over to ttmm. I think if I had to chose one I would to mm in Fantasyland/Tomorrowland.

Just a quick clarification, MTTMM is limited to only package buying guests. Not all on-site hotel guests get it. You have to buy a package (Good Neighbor or on-site) to get it.

In that thread there's this:
Is MM the same as Mickey's Toontown Morning Madness?
No, Mickey's Toontown Morning Madness (MTTMM) is ONLY for people who buy packages from AAA, Costco, Disney, etc. Simply by staying onsite does not grant MTTMM privileges. You must have bought a package. MTTMM is entry into Mickey's Toontown one hour before it opens. Since Mickey's Toontown usually opens one hour after official park opening, MTTMM often begins at official park opening. Different to MM days, MTTMM is offered on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, making Saturday the only day in which both MM and MTTMM is offered.

TOon town you cant really ride the rides, you watch a show and visit the characters however you are already in toon town when the rides do open so thats a plus. Magic Morning lets you in to rides early in fantasyland. Thats how I understand it anyway Ive only gotten to go to toon town though.
