Hi everyone. I apologize if this has been asked but I didn't see the info anywhere. I will be doing a split stay staying onsite first and then offsite. If I access MM using my resort stay will I still have the ticket MM available once I move offsite?

I believe MM are only available for the time you are on site with your room card.

popcorn:: That's a good question!!

I'm thinking it wouldn't be available to you once you used it, eventhough you used it while staying onsite. They scan the ticket & then you still have to show your resort keycard. But that's just a guess.

The MM available for staying on site will only be available while you have your room key card that is active. Once you check out it is deactivated or invalidated. The cards at least from last year, have dates printed on them also.

Actually, I think what Paula is saying is when she access MM during her DLR hotel stay, how can she make sure that they don't "deduct" the MM that is on her parkhopper so she can use it when she moves offsite?

And I don't know the answer. You might want to call the ticket office (714) 781-4400 and ask. I am sure they can come up with a solution.

I think her question wasn't in regards to the keycard, but say she has a 5 day PH, she stays onsite & goes to MM while onsite. When she moves across the street to a good neighbor motel & still has days on her PH, is the MM still good or did it get used when she went to MM while staying onsite.

In otherwords.....was the onsite MM a freebie that didn't affect her PH's one MM.

I do not think they will deduct the PH MM, they marked our tickets last year when we entered for the last MM...a really good question I think I miss-understood.

Yes... this is what I meant... sorry I wasn't clearer.

I am getting my friend a 6 day PH as we aren't sure if she will be there 5 or 6 days. If she is not there for the 6th day then it would still be available to use and I was wondering if I could use it then for a MM. (I know non-transferable but I am the one buying it and we are in the same party). I have an AP so no MM unless we are onsite. We will get 2 MM that way so I was just curious as to afterwards. Thanks!

Thanks for answering the keycard question though. I was curious if I could sneak by just by showing the keycard but I guess they will look closely at the dates or scan them or something?

I was curious so called ticketing. They said that when you go in for MM when you are staying onsite, show them your hotel key and tell them you are using the MM from the hotel and not to deduct the MM from your parkhopper. She said it is an easy thing to do.

Thanks so much for calling!

Also remember that you can buy your friend a 5 day hopper and then upgrade for about $5 to add the 6th day if you need it. :) I'm not sure that would work for your MM plan tho..... :)
