Magic Morning and Character Breakfast

We would like to do Magic Morning on a Saturday and the character breakfast at the Plaza Inn the same day.
Want to do some rides before breakfast. What do you suggest for a game plan that morning.

I wouldn't bank on that plan. Magic Mornings tend to be busy, and they're very different at Disneyland than at WDW, with only limited rides open. I'd take the Magic Morning time to just take in the ambiance and go slow before breakfast. You'll be lucky to get 2 rides in before you need to check in for breakfast.
