We returned last March after staying in a 1 bedroom and my 17 year old was using the pull out couch and left quite a few Items behind in the ottoman (Spendy Jeans ,T shirts ,New trunks ect ect -I guess he was using it for a hamper and forgot it all-
Well before we even realized it was gone ,the day after we returned we received two big boxes also from "Disney's Yacht & Beach Club" and they returned it all before we even realized he left it -
I called the hotel and they have there own "Lost and found " Person that handles this stuff so I was able to Thank her and my housekeeper for turning it in correctly ,so we got it back so easily !
Keep up the great Job Yacht & Beach Club-I Love Great Customer Service !

We also had a great stay at BCV last week. No special deliveries like you experienced, but a great room, great location, great service. (But beastly hot weather.) Smiles all around.
