We split up mk in two days but our first day in mk we scheduled a superkalifrag. Breakfast then be our guest at two... where should we start in the park ???? Second day we r doing bbb at 8 and royal table at 12 should we stay in fantasyland ?

As for general park touring strategies, knowing the ages and interests of the people you are traveling with helps.
For day 1 - with be our guest at 2 consider doing some of the more adventurous activities, splash mountain, big thunder. Both are located in frontierland. Consider also space mountain in tomorrowland. You may want to visit 7 dwarf mine train this day.
For day 2 - totally stay in the fantasyland area. You'll be done with your BBB and that will allow you time to hit the following nearby attractions for a freshly made over prince and Carousel, storytime with bell, under the sea with Ariel, small world, peter pan, haunted mansion, princess meet and greets, pooh, and mad hatters tea party. All are low movement attractions keeping the BBB intact until you get to royal table.
