Magic kingdom view at GF

I will be staying at the Gf in a coupe of days, I will be in a lagoon view room. I just heard that not all of the lagoon view rooms have a magic kingdom view. Is this true? If so, How do I make it possible to have a MK view? This is the main reason I booked a lagoon view room.

Pretty much all you can do is request one and hope you get it. We did and initially we didn't get it, but we called from AKL the day before switching resorts and the CM switched our rooms for us as long as we were willing to not have adjoining rooms. We ended up with 2 MK views in Sago Cay, one on the 1st floor and the other on the top floor. They were great, unobstructed views of the castle and the marina.

In 1999 we stayed at GF Lagoon View in Boca Chica . . .Boca Chica has a view of Contemporary, Poly and looking to the left Cindy's Castle.

In 2002 we stayed at GF Lagoon View in Conch Key. Conch Key directly faced Cindy's Castle and was absolutely beautiful.

If you are looking for just the castle view than Conch Key or Sago Cay are the buildings to request.

If you want a specific view/location you should fax in your request 4 days before you arrive. They cannot guarantee a specific request though. We were fortunate to get Conch Key with no problems.

Hi I am definetly someone who can answer this. All lagoon views do not have a Cindy Castle view. I would say 80% do. On our last trip we requested Conch Key, Castle View (we got it). We could lay in bed and see the castle, it was the most magical trip ever. Anyways, fax a request or call in and request either Sago Cay, or Conch Key, Big Pine Key also has some Castle Views as well as Boca Chica. Have a great trip!

Actually, only about 60% of Lagoon View rooms have a MK view.
