Hi all,

Interested in this venue but every time I go to do a estimate it doesn't show as an option but when you just check the website when browsing, it shows it is an option?

Any idea why this is or pricing is like...

Probably because the pricing is different than all the other ceremony locations. It's a flat $10,000 to have a ceremony there (in addition to meeting all the same food and beverage and enhancement minimums as any Wishes event), but it includes the use of Main Street vehicles to transport the bridal party down the street (real transportation to get everyone backstage costs extra), a string trio, seating, and an audio package with a microphone. You can have up to 50 guests. If you pick this locaiton, your deposit will be $10,000 instead of $4,000.

Gotcha so it's like 10,000 plus the 12,000ish (minimum) on top of that to factor in the wishes package.. Or how does that work.. Wishes packages start around 12,000.. So do you just add on the 10,000 ceremony fee on top of that or?

$3,500 of that $12,000 is the ceremony fee, so the formula is...

Ceremony Fee: $10,000

+

Food and Beverage minimum : $125 x # of guests for brunch (since the MK ceremony takes place at 8am)

+

Enhancement Minimum: $5,000 (M-W) or $8,000 (Th, F, Sun) or $10,000 (Sat)

=

Ballpark estimate before 6.5% tax and 23% service charge

I asked about it as well and in January, they told me that they couldn't confirm any dates past July or August. They weren't sure if that meant it wasn't always going to be an available venue or if they just couldn't book that far in advance. They really encouraged me to use another venue though so it must be a big logistical challenge to get things set up.

Yes, we ended up with September, but we really wanted to get married in February 2016, but the MK said no. It is a 10,000 flat fee and the enhancement fee is 10,000 no matter what day of the week you will be getting married on . The string trio that comes with the package continues to play during the cocktail hour. Hope that helps.
