It looks like I would need to leave MK and head back to my resort (ASMovies) to hop on a bus to WWoS... and then do the same thing in reverse. And it sure looks like it would take a LOT of time.

Is taking a taxi directly from MK to WWoS feasible? Is getting the taxi easy or will I be waiting around just as long waiting for it? I have never taken a taxi in my life and I'm trying to figure out the best option here.

I'm hoping to catch a Braves spring training game but I'm stuck because of the travel time.

Thanks!!!

You can walk from MK to Contemporary and get a taxi there. Or, you can bus from MK to Pop and grab a taxi at Pop. The taxi fare will be lower from Pop.

Do buses run from all the resorts to WWoS during Spring Training?

It would be wise to budget 1 1/2 - 2 hours to get from MK to EWWS by Disney bus. The bus from the AS Resorts to EWWS runs only every 30 minutes.

I think bus to Pop and taxi from there is your best bet. Even if you get to Pop just before the bus to EWWS is due, the bus goes to CBR on the way, so it's a 20-25 minute ride.

Just FYI - Getting to the WWoS via taxi won't be a problem. However, getting back to your resort via taxi very well could be. We had to call one and then waited more than 45 minutes for one to show up. It was not fun!

If you see any Disney bus going to a WDW resort from WWoS, take it. Based on our experience, It will be a lot easier to get a taxi at a resort than at WWoS. It looked like there was a taxi stand at WWoS, but there were none there for our event - a basketball game part of the OLD SPICE CLASSIC.

Hmmm... thanks everyone. Still trying to decide what to do, but that definitely helps!!! Much appreciated, as always :goodvibes

WwoS is close to Pop Century! A taxi wouldn't cost much.
AoA is actually the closest to EWWS, so if you're going the bus-and-taxi route, you could take either the AoA or Pop bus.
If you see any Disney bus going to a WDW resort from WWoS, take it.
Both buses are scheduled to leave EWWS every half hour. Again, Pop would be the shortest bus ride, if you want to transfer at the resort to a MK bus. But if the Pop bus is full and there's room on the All-Stars bus, just take it to ASSp.
