Magic Kingdom to Epcot (in February)

In light of the monorail closure during daytime hours in February, what is the best way to get from the Magic Kingdom to Epcot midday? I think the Epcot monorail will still be running, so I'm just wondering what will be the best way to get from the Magic Kingdom to the TTC to catch the Epcot monorail around 1pm? Thanks!
