The railroad is closed for a refurbishment when I go, will they still do a morning show?

The train was closed for part of our trip last year. They still did the morning show, but did not use the train. I think they may have had less characters too, but I can't remember.

I admit, I never even notice the train, but then I realized they used it for the morning show, so I wondered if they would still do it. Apparently they do!

Oh this makes me a little sad. I actually have riding the train on our to-do list for October. I've never ridden before and my son loves trains, I thought he'd really enjoy it. Oh well, more time to do other things I guess!

Oh that's true! I'd planned the railroad as a little afternoon downtime, the People Mover will be a great substitue.

It was closed the entire month of October last year as well.

Thank goodness we arrive 11/12 and my parents arrive 11/10!!!! We love riding the train around the park.

This is crazy!! I was in Disneyland in March and the train was under refurb there. Now i'm going to Disneyworld in October and the train will be closed there too! I'm a train jinx, sorry guys!!

Darn, I'm disappointed it will be closed during our trip. My girls would have loved this too. We'll be there from Nov 1-8th. Any chance they might be done early with the maintenance and have it "back on track" sooner?

NOOOO!! This is a total bummer! The train was closed for our entire trip last October, and we were really looking forward to riding it this year! We haven't been able to try out the new Fantasyland station yet. Boo.

Guess we will have to schedule a non-October trip next year!

My son loves trains as well. We were all looking forward to it.
