An entire series of shots of the Magic, Memories, and You lightshow projection sequence on Cinderella's Castle. I was able to set up dead-center with my NEX3 and a tripod, and set ISO to 800 so I could fire fast short shutter sequences of 1-4 seconds to capture many of the changing scenes:

Before it started, the castle just looked nice and pretty:

Then it went to a great warm orange:

Then the show was on:
