Recently returned from a great trip to Magic Kingdom. While waiting for the park opening show at the train station for rope drop there was some great Disney instrumental music playing. Anyone know how to obtain that music? Also anyone know how to get the music used for the Move It, Shake It, Celebrate It parade. I loved that. Thanks

There are a number of Di$ney music CDs available, but I am not aware of those specific attractions on a CD. I usually stream Di$ney attraction/parade music from d-cot.com.

:) Dinsey's Happiest Celebration on Earth--Celebrating 50 years of Disneyland has 1. Walt's dedication of Disneyland (I know it isn't WDW)2. All Aboard (Mainstreet Station)3. Alexander's Ragtime Band (Rod Miller) and then other attractions...some are the same as WDW. THere is also Walt Disney Medley (Walt Disney World Band), Dynamite Rag, etc. These would be songs you would hear along Mainstreet. I have a lot of Disney on my Ipod and am always willing to share a playlist.

Most of my music from the Parks were actually purchased there although you can find things at The Laughing Place.com and Amazon. I have better luck looking for actual Park music there. There are CDs for Illuminations, Fantasmic, Wishes, Event Party CD, Spectro, Animal Kingdom Park Music, Parade CDs (Make a Dream COme True, MGM Motorcade and Jammin Jungle).

You can also listen to D-Cot , join then go to the jukebox at top of the page to select your park or venue.

;) He had a website link up then decided to remove it.

A few years ago, someone posted A LOT of park audio. Soooo glad my sister had the foresight to DL it when she had the chance before it got removed. Anyway, there is a Magic Kingdom Entrance loop and a Main Street USA loop. I listen to both in my classroom regularly when students are writing, etc. and it is EXACTLY the same music that plays outside the gates and on main street. I personally prefer Main Street but I suggest you try to find that audio somewhere. I'm sure LIVE 365 and sites like that play it often.

You can purchase any of the park/show music in cd form from places that sell CD's. Amazon ect.

I would not say "any" of the park/show music.

There are some cuts available on CD, but there are many tracks that have never been released to the public.

d-cot.com.............go to the jukebox section and check out the listings............alot of resort and park clips.

the tracts that aren't available for purchase may be available at mousebits.com -- this includes the background music you hear as you stroll through the parks! :goodvibes I've collected a lot of it, and it's like listening to pixie dust! :wizard:

They play "Put on Your Sunday Clothes" from Hello Dolly and "Many a New Day" from Oklahoma on Main Street all day and night.

The Main Street loop actually plays THREE songs from Hello Dolly! I just watched that movie for the first time a few months ago and every time one of the songs came on, I was like :scared1: this is totally Main Street USA!
