Magic Kingdom Characters but Showing For Other Parks?

Is anyone else having this issue on the app? I click on the Mickey heads in the magic kingdom park map on the app but what pops up is a long list of the same text for the character in ANOTHER park???

Yes I have been having this issue too. Very frustrating!

To view characters that are only in a specific park:

- Open MDE and click on the upside down teardrop at the bottom of the screen
- Top left, click filter and select the park(s) you wish to see characters for
- Centre, select 'Characters' from dropdown
- Top right change to 'Show List'

Only the characters at the park(s) selected will be displayed. Not changing the left option shows characters at all parks.

Yes we are doing that, but then you click on the character and you are actually shown their appearance at a different park. There is a bug

I sent a note to the IT dept on the app identifying the problem. Not sure if/when it will be fixed but it has been reported and supporting pictures sent.

If you find areas of the app that are not working and wish to report them,

Click on the MDE app:
- the 3 hamburger lines bottom right
- Help
- choose 'Send Us Your Feedback'

Hopefully as people share challenges they're having directly with Disney try can try to fix the problems.

What is it specifically you are trying to see?

Just posted screenshots of what happens. Looking at characters at HS but click on one and you get the times at another park. It seems toggling back and forth helps fix it
