I've been to the parks enough to determine that some things were very noticeable to me (i.e. dirty bathrooms) during my last visit as opposed to my first in 2006. And when things in the parks change for the worse, it is indeed very noticable because Disney has built itself as the go-to organization when it comes to outstanding customer service. But, they are also a business that must consider the bottom line -- and there is nothing wrong with that. But, sometimes that means tightening the belt -- as Disney has done by implementing cuts and changes in their operations just like all businesses do at some point. In no way do I fault Disney for any of it - I enjoy everything they offer for the most part and I'll continue to be a fan of theirs, no doubt. But, I'm going to call it as I see it with regard to all of this. It's the nature of the beast -- just as differing opinions on these boards are.People have been complaining about the supposedly dirtier bathrooms for years. And I haven't seen that during my trips. I'm not sure you can prove the bathrooms are dirtier any more than I can prove the are not. And I thought last year it was decided the longer lines were because of FP+, and now all of a sudden it is because of cuts. People see what they perceive to be a negative, and they want to be able to give a reason for it right away. It makes us feel better, for some reason.
