what is it & where can i buy it?

is it just for little kids or is it fun for everyone? can you get it in places like WalMart or does it have to be ordered online? thanks! :wizard:

It's a cute game and we play it with our kids. I think I did buy it at Wal-Mart actually or possibly Target!

That game is awesome!

I got it last year from one of those tacky gift shops down the 192 just outside of DisneyWorld.

You basically have a board that is a cross between the Magic Kingdom in WDW and Disneyland Park. There are cards with different attractions on from both parks, and each player has 5 cards- one attraction from each 'land'. The aim of the game is to visit each of you attractions before your opponents and get back to the start (just under the railway tracks at the entrance to the park) Along the way your opponents can sabotage your plans, as if you roll a 1 or a 2 you pick up an event card which can either tell you to do something e.g. 'Mickey gives you a lift, move up to 5 spaces' or it can tell you to do something to another player e.g. 'Someone's hungry, send another player to the lunch area'. You can collect Mickey or Donalds autograph though and use them to stop another player using their event card, this has to be played before they roll however so it's just luck as to whether they get an event card or not.

It's so much fun, not for little kids at all- I'm 18 :) And my friend who has never been to the parks loves playing it as well. I tell you though we have had some very close games, where there are literally a few spaces between us at the end!

I have also managed to find it for you on laughing place- go to their store section, then click on toys and games, then board games and it is on there for $20.25 :) (I would post a link but I apparently haven't posted enough before so cannot post a link :confused3)

oh sounds like a LOT of fun!! :thumbsup2

its on amazon for $9.99. i wish we could buy it in the store, but we can wait :rotfl:.

I have that game! It's really really cute. I got it as a birthday present, but I believe it was bought at Target. It's a perfect game because it's not incredibly long, like Monopoly, but it's something you can relate to.

we have this game and we love it. The whole family enjoys it. We have a 13yr old girl and a 10yr old girl. We have had the game for a few years and we actually bought it at our local Toys R Us.

OOOhhhh that sounds like fun. I am guessing you can buy it in WDW like at the toy shop in DTD or somewhere. We are going to be there in September and I will be looking for Christmas gifts then, so this will be awesome for my girls. A couple of years ago we bought a Monorail Board game and the Jungle Cruise Board game which my 2 girls both really enjoy. The boxes look almost nostalgic, like they used to have this game back in the 60's or 70's. Can't wait to find this game.

We have one we got on Ebay, we deal out all the attraction cards for a longer game and added a rule that you have to throw the exact number of moves at the end to leave the park.

You will almost certainly have to find it online unless you luck out and find it at a store who has carried this in stock for a long time. It went out of print in 2005. As pp's have said, you can find it from Amazon.com marketplace sellers and places like eBay.

We have it and we actually have a pretty fun time playing it.

I bought it for my niece and nephew (ok maybe for me a bit too). We have to play it every time I come over to their house. I bought it at Toys R Us a few years ago.

Definitely fun for everyone! We have it and there are no kids in the house. :)

I bought our Magic Kingdom Game from Amazon.

I like Disney themed games! We have several Disney themed Uno games, a couple of Disney themed Monopoly games, Splash Mountain Sorry, PoC LIFE, and Disney Scene It.

I always check out the games at WDW and hope that they come up with some new ones. Specifically, I'd love to see a Parcheesi game themed to Animal Kingdom.

There is a Haunted Mansion Clue game that looks like fun.

We love our Magic Kingdom game! I got it from Amazon for DD7 for Christmas, but my 10 and 13-year-olds love it just as much.

I like the PP's idea of dealing out all the cards to make a longer game. I'll have to try that the next time we play with three people.

The only thing I don't like is that it mixes Disneyland and WDW attractions ... never quite understood that.

If we didn't already own 3 versions of Monopoly I would totally get the Disney one. Hmmm ... maybe next Christmas.;)

They do that so they don't have to make two separate games for both coasts. In other words, they're cheap.
