I'm sorry that I have to ask for the address but it's important to keep track of each individual response. Not ony that but it cuts down on the number of people who answer multiple times. It's also necessary to send results to those who want them and invitations to follow-up surveys for those who indicated they would be willing. I promise I don't sell them or anything. I'm the only one who has access to it.

Just blocked your email address, since I took your original survey. I too didn't like giving my email address and won't do it again, especially now that I have recieved another 3 emails asking for me to do a survey..............I thought I was helping a diser not to be spammed with more stuff!
