We are staying at the Grand Floridian for a night following our cruise. We would like to go to Magic Kingdom for the day. Realistically, what time do you think we could make it Magic Kingdom?

How many of you are there? Disney transfers will cost you $35/pp. If you are more than 2pp, you'd be better off with a car service, at least cost wise.
If you carry off your own luggage and get a private transfer, you could walk off the ship as early as 7:30, get in your private car, check in about 8:30 and be in MK by 9. That is if all the stars align. If you take Disney transfer, you have to wait for the the bus to fill before it leaves and that adds more time.
Personal experience, I've gotten off at 9, took a town car to BLT with a grocery stop, checked in and been at HS by 11.

We leisurely disembarked the Dream with late dining and our luggage was ready when we went to pick it up. Passed fairly quickly through customs and immigration and boarded a bus for POR around 9:30 or so. I think we arrived at POR around 10:40. Our room wasn't ready so we moved some things around in our baggage to have everything we need for a park day (again, we weren't rushing) and walked through the gates of Epcot around 11:15.

We had a rental car parked at the port and did the early debarkation. We were to Animal Kingdom by around 8:45.
