My company that I work for just started offering these certificates that they say are good on Disney Cruise. Has anyone seen or used these?

Never heard of them...are they some sort of voucher to turn in for DCL cruises or WDW vacations???? Who sponors them??

My company has told me that for certain activites and goals that I achieve, I can get these Certificates in the amounts of $100, $500 or $1,000. I was thrilled that last week I already earned about $500 worth of these certificates. I have the whole year and don't really know how much I will earn, but I was wondering if any other companies had started this and how people used them. They sure knew how to motivate me!!

DH's company has also started to use web-based gift certificates as a motivator and reward. Disneylover, check with your company to find out which gift certificate program they are using - perhaps part of the problem here is that "magic key performer" is a name that is being used internally by your company, but does not reflect the awarding company's name. Congrats on your accumulation so far!

Yes, I have just redeemed 2 Magic Key Performer Certificates for our 7/12 Magic Eastern cruise. I also used a MKPC last year for our stay at Fort Wilderness Campground.

They are just like cash (which is why I keep them out of the hands of my 8 year old :D ). When you receive them, you have one year from the date of issue to redeem them. Just fill out the name/address information along with your reservation number and send them in to Walt Disney Travel.

So if you can get some as a reward, jump on it!
