I have heard that you can also get them from the porter at the dock.
Well that would be a little more convenient.

Hi, all. So glad I found this forum. We will be joining you on January 16th. Will plan to meet at 3pm in the Promenade Lounge. . .Mom& Dad
(40 something) DD (14)
and DD (11)
We have taken this exact cruise before as well as a 7 night Carnival. Prefer Disney.
One concern: We have never cruised in January. Will the water be warm enough for snorkeling in St. Maarten?![]()

Welcome!!Glad to see another DD-11.
We have been in Dec. and the water was fine. I don't think there is a problem with the weather that far south (except rain).
Castaway Cay is a different story. Water there was too cold for comfort in Dec. Of course, I live in NC- our midwestern and Canadian friends may disagree. When you live in sub-zero temperatures, Castaway Cay at 70degrees may seem like a heat wave. DH and I may be in for simply enjoying the views, atmosphere, and some land activities at CC.![]()
As long as she knows her room number they most certainly will tag them at the port. My concern there is if the airline is forwarding your luggage directly or if you will be handling it prior to the port. As long as you guys are handing it off at they port she should have no problem! So DCL wants to charge my aunt $50 to send her another set of luggage tags!Wow! Guess they're made of gold or something.
Depends on the hour of the dayI cruised with Dinsey this same week last year. The water was great except Castaway Key was chilly. It was okay once you got in,
See, that's what I was refering to. You folks from Canada, the midwest, and the northeast are made of tough stuff!
For those of you that are doing fishextneders, do you preteens consider themselves "kids" or do they like more grown up stuff...

We live in Sanford! How about you?
I am planning on reading Wicked.. but am so tempted to start it. I saw the movie Blind Side and was wanting to read the book.
Funny you guys are dicussing literature to take on ship. I went to the used book store and picked up five $1.00 Nora Roberts romace books that I haven't read. No worries about the books being too deep for vacationNot sure if I can even refer to it as literature, but they are fun.

I havn't seen the musical, but love the sound track. I have heard really good things about the book so I thought I would give it a try. I am also taking Twilight. Have tried several times to start it, and never really got into it.
I am planning on spending a lot of time by the water with my IPOD and a good book....
Same here, but not Nora Roberts, I like my trashy-romance to have a sci-fit/fantasy twist.
Today I have to try on my swimsuits to make sure they fit. Wish me luck!
